Life after injury

Life has changed. Your choices still matter.

Ongoing NDIS support for permanent disability after a workplace or road accident. From daily tasks to community life, we help you work towards independence at your pace, with your family involved if you choose.

Who this service is for

Adults who have been permanently disabled by a workplace accident or road accident and now need ongoing supports, and the families who support them.

Whether your injury was recent or some time ago, we start with what matters to you now.

Contact us to discuss your NDIS plan, the support you need and your funding arrangements. Suitability, availability and costs are confirmed before you decide.

Progress looks different for everyone. We review support around your goals, from everyday routines to reconnecting with the activities that matter to you.
