About EmpowerPath

Your life. Your choices. Support that listens.

Tell us what you want to do, what is difficult now and what matters most. We start there, not with assumptions about your life.

Practical support.
Personal to you.

EmpowerPath Australia supports participants across the country through three specialist services: support for children from early childhood through school age and their families; support for young people and adults who have been in contact with the justice system, including people with lived experience of substance use and people in recovery; and support for people living with a permanent disability after a workplace or road accident.

Justice involved support is our specialty. We support people of all backgrounds and people who have been in contact with the justice system. Whatever your culture, community or circumstances, you will be heard with respect and without judgement.

Our fourth service, A pathway for every journey, welcomes disability support enquiries beyond these specialist areas. We listen without judgement and discuss whether our supports fit your goals, needs and funding.

Tell us what matters to you. We’ll discuss your needs, suitable supports and funding before you decide. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to services.
